Ele surge como um complemento poderoso aos frameworks j\u00e1 consolidados, como SAFe, Scrum ou LeSS, mas com um foco bem espec\u00edfico: alinhar a mentalidade e os comportamentos dos Business Owners com os princ\u00edpios da agilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Ele foi criado por Erik Sch\u00f6n, um nome forte quando o papo \u00e9 agilidade estrat\u00e9gica, lideran\u00e7a organizacional e transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital. Ele tem mais de 25 anos de experi\u00eancia, tendo atuado como CTO e Agile Transformation Lead em grandes empresas da Europa, especialmente na ind\u00fastria de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es e tecnologia.<\/p>\n<p>O FABO come\u00e7ou a tomar forma entre 2020 e 2021, na Su\u00e9cia, enquanto o Erik atuava como consultor e executivo em empresas que j\u00e1 estavam rodando frameworks \u00e1geis, mas ainda trope\u00e7avam em um ponto comum: a lideran\u00e7a n\u00e3o estava acompanhando a mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>A pandemia tamb\u00e9m teve seu papel aqui: ela escancarou a urg\u00eancia de decis\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas, colabora\u00e7\u00e3o transversal e foco em valor.
